Kristi Garrington

Kristi Garrington is a Senior Consulting Actuary located in the San Diego Area. Her primary focus is multiemployer health and welfare plans. Kristi has over 30 years of experience in employee benefits and 25 years as a consulting actuary.

In her career working with multiemployer health and welfare plans, she has worked across a wide array of industries including construction, retail food, transportation, service and entertainment.

Industry Activities

Kristi is an active member of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries Healthcare Community and the Society of Actuaries Health Section. She previously served on the San Diego Western Pension and Benefits Council Board and Society of Actuaries Exam Committee.

Off the Clock

In her spare time, Kristi likes to hike, sail, ski and ride dirt bikes.

Education

Kristi is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Member of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. Kristi graduated with a joint Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Wyoming.
