Joe Porten is a senior consultant with Horizon Actuarial. For the last 15 years, Joe has worked in the Cleveland office but recently relocated to Greenville, South Carolina.

He has over 30 years of experience consulting with multiemployer pension plans on issues such as strategic plan design, funding, and administration. Joe is the consultant to several trucking, electrical, and construction industry funds across the Midwest.
